Maintaining a taxonomy is a constant work in progress and the more tools we have in our tool kit the easier our lives and the better our taxonomies. The SLA Taxonomy Division is excited to have LeChara Gregory, a taxonomist at VMware, kicking off our 2015 webinar series. LeChara will explain the tools and processes she uses to generate analytics for search and taxonomy. Using tools such as the Google search appliance she is able to reduce time-to-find, improve the quality of her taxonomy and enhance her users’ search experience.

LeChara Gregory began her VMWare career with the System Ops team where she developed and delivered various training courses for the VMWare tech staff. This led her to Knowledge Management and her career as a taxonomist for VMWare.
